 FAQ

How can I tell where the leak is coming from?

Masonry units are like sponges; they can absorb and hold a limited amount of water. Therefore, a masonry leak will tend to happen infrequently – only after a period of sustained rain. Leaks that are roofing or flashing related tend to happen more consistently, nearly every time it rains. A water test can be used to determine the source of the leak. This entails spraying water in the area of the leak, beginning at the lowest level, isolating and eliminating one area at a time until the source of the leak is discovered.
