We offer free Level I inspections to our customers. Level I inspections are visual inspections and are often adequate to identify chimney issues.
A Level II inspection is a billable service and includes a video scan of the interior of the chimney. The video scan is often necessary to identify problems with inaccessible parts of the chimney like flues and smoke chambers.
